Monitored climate simulator
The monitored climate simulator is a unique system that simulates climatic changes in the sea and analyzes their influence on coral reefs. The system consists of 72 controlled aquariums which are concentrated in a way that allows control of the acidity of the water (4 different levels) and the temperature.
Mode of operation
The system enables the documentation of coral activity in various environmental conditions, using a robot, which surveys 62 of the aquariums, photographs their contents and samples different parameters: oxygen, EC (electrical conductivity), pH, temperature, photosynthesis activity and more.
